If any or many of these questions prompted a nod or two; Vitamin B6 [pyridoxine] deficiency could be playing a role.

Raising B6 levels from minimal to optimal levels can be the difference between health and sickness.

B6 can help many conditions. If you need specific advice message me; I can give you a quick list of accessory supplements plus do’s and don’ts. [I plan to write a series on various ailments soon.]

As long as B6 [pyridoxine] is taken with the other B complex vitamins and magnesium it is 100% nontoxic. If taken alone [in the absence of the companion nutrients] people can develop a reversible sensory neuropathy [numbness or tingling in the extremities].

Taking the “Activated” version of B6 [pyridoxal-5-phosphate] helps to improve B6 levels much faster, usually within 2 weeks vs 3-4 months with standard B6.

Remember……

It is important to take the B vitamins together; as in a B Complex supplement, “B100” or “B150” are common formulations.

It is best to take the B’s twice a day.

Sugar depletes the B vitamins.

Studies show it is difficult to get enough B vitamins from foods alone.

Take a quality Multiple vitamin/mineral supplement [ask for a product with chelated minerals]

Message me or comment your questions or concerns and I will respond as quickly as possible.
